Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consulting services

We provide custom digital workspace consulting. Because deliverables are tailored and work may begin promptly, standard retail return rules do not apply.

2. Quotes and payment

All fees are disclosed in a written quote or statement of work before paid work starts. You approve scope, timeline, and price in writing.

3. Cancellation before work begins

Cancel in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled kickoff date for a full refund of prepaid fees for unused work, minus non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in advance.

4. Cancellation after work begins

Work completed through the cancellation date is billable. Unused prepaid amounts for undelivered phases may be refunded proportionally unless your agreement states otherwise.

5. Satisfaction and revisions

We address concerns through revision rounds defined in your agreement. Refunds after delivery are considered only when deliverables materially deviate from the written scope and cannot be corrected within a reasonable period.

6. Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
